Under 'devices and printers', in troubleshooting system, it is looking for a driver for mass storage controller. O/S is W7 Pro, 32 bit. Thanks in advance. Windows 7 / Devices & drivers; Answer. Ah, you are my hero. Now I actually know what I'm dealing with. However, there is nothing listed as 'Mass Storage Controller' in their list of drivers, and there is nothing for Windows 7.
