I've tried restarting many times and going on 'View Downloadable Content' but I don't see an option to tell Skyrim to download it again. How to download all photos from a website.

Long story short, I'm wondering if I can install the most recent patch without using Steam, so I can use a mod to increase FPS. The reason I'm trying to avoid Steam is because my gaming PC doesn't have internet - to get it connected I need to drag it out to the room with the modem, which is a pain.
